I don't know where it came from but I had a primary key for table imagepicker_group_images defined only on 'gid' field (there's nothing like this in install schema). This of course restricts the assignment of more than 1 image to any group. (Duplicate entry for key 1 ...)

Deleting this primary key helps but from my knowledge there should always be defined a primary key for any table.
So addition of PRIMARY KEY on 'gid' and 'img_id' fields and maybe also normal INDEX on 'gid' for speed-up to install schema would be highly appropriate.

You are right, of course there should be keys, it's a while ago but I recall having problems finding a way to define these using the schema 'language'. I will have another look. The other tables were not a problem as it is a one-to-many lookup in those.

Added indexes to imagepicker_group_images for gid and img_id in dev version, available shortly.
