The first entry is reported in detail at #511744: /admin page links are broken with latest development snapshot.

This only occures when the "Administration Views" module is enabled.

This is a known issue - Views apparently needs a patch to support those admin page callback overrides that are applied by admin_views module.

i had to disable the users view that comes with views_bulk_operations to fix this error
