A word of caution regarding Riffly.com service.

I've emailed them twice with a basic request and so far have waited for over a week for a response, but there has been none. If there is no response to SALES requests, then the chances of after-sales support requests seem slim.

Their last update was 107 days ago. They seem to have stopped communicating via their website and twitter around May 6th-14th. Their last twitter update was May 6th.

My advice is to proceed with caution if using Riffly.com for a critical service or major part of your web application. Having said that, their service still seems to work from a functional standpoint (I haven't paid for their premium service and I'm reluctant to do so).

I hope somebody from Riffly.com can fill me in, as their service is very important for my website.
