This code breaks ahah drupal core system.
$exclusions['files'][] = 'ahah.js';Ajax comments do not works.
Here is a patch.

I remember adding ahah to the exclusions but dont remember why. I think I commented it somewhere. Anyways, your comment with code it in was filtered out. Perhaps a file with the patch?
