After researching on why wysiwyg api doesn't work for my installation, I discovered that switching off Keep Session module, all works fine.

Any other with this issue?

You may add this info to the FAQ for Wysiwyg module (which is also linked on the project page).

Although I'm not sure whether it's really true.
