we've got localization server running but is a in-office server not available to outside

translation progress:
CCK - 100%
Views - 65%
Drupal - 35%

we dont need any of the suggestions imported

You seem to be owning http://drupal.org/project/bs too, which does not have releases, so looks like there should be nothing in the way to add this group.

Please expect that there might be bumps in the service. You are among the beta-tester of this live instance. Thanks for helping out and please report issues as you find them! Your team members can now join and help import existing translations and work on more translations.

Also note that I've set this up so that it uses a controlled model (that group admins moderate translations). If you'd rather work in an open model (that everyone can directly submit translations), that is up to you and you can edit your group node to reconfigure anytime.
