Add an option to supress term(s) from the treemenu when no content has been tagged with the term(s), as occurs in Taxonomy Menu when its "Hide Empty Terms" option is enabled.

The admin capability for this was built into V6. Can't give you a timeframe for the base code, because that is new. It's a sensible feature, applicable to this module also, and certainly on the cards.
