Hi. Sorry, but I do not understand your question: the module creates blocks, you don't need to create them yourself.

As soon as you configure the module by defining which vocabulary(-ies) it should use, it automatically generates blocks for each term in the selected vocabulary(-ies). All you need to to is enable the blocks you want in the region of your choice. Just make sure you don't choose a vocabulary with too many terms (like a tags vocabulary). This is typically useful for "closed" vocabularies which you use to structure a site in well-defined categories in limited number.
