This patch adds on module setings page a "Update thumbnails for all nodes" button, which will update thumbnails for "old" nodes, created before module installation

Not a bad idea, though I'd rather use some more general type of script for that that bluntly updated all nodes, not just handle the job specifically for Teaser Thumbnail. I may add this in the 6.x-1.7 version, thanks for that.
