images and mp3

After migration to 4.7b6

images are not shown in the module the image is just show as an attached file.

When using the mp3 function, gives an error Fatal error: Call to undefined function: form_file() in /home/httpd/vhosts/my-site.com/httpdocs/drupal/modules/flexinode/contrib/field_mp3.inc on line 14
