Issue Summary
I installed and enabled the feedback 2.0 module and set permissions... the word "Feedback" now appears in fixed position the bottom right-hand corner, but the text is not a link. There does not seem to be any way to interact with it in order to access a feedback form.
I read through the README.txt and browsed the issues queue but didn't find anything that helps with this. There's no feedback content type on my site, though I can access the empty feedback messages report page no problem.
Is there something that I'm overlooking? Thank you for your time!

Could you post a screenshot, please? Did you test other browsers? Also, did you test with the latest version/development snapshot?

I also get, I thought, the same issue. Feedback was installed and there's a word feedback in right side but when mouse is over the word, there's no link here.
I have tried it in IE76, Chrome, and FF3.5

This could just be a CSS problem with your theme in which some element is on top of the feedback link. You'd have to post a link to your site.
