Hello I would like my company to be listed on the Drupal services pages at http://drupal.org/drupal-services. I have provided multiple themes to the Drupal community. In addition I have contributed documentation.

With this, does my company qualify for listing in the Drupal services directory?

To be listed in the service directory:
1.Add your request to the webmasters issue queue.
2.Include the relevant details on your contributions to the Drupal project.
3.Include a draft of how your page would look like on the directory.
4.A site maintainer will then verify your data and add your draft to the directory.
