Open in a new tab instead in current

Hi, I find myself constantly opening a new tab and copy-pasting the current site usrl in it when I use teleport - so I get a new tab to work with...

It would be best if there the UI was:
- add setting in admin UI for: open in current/new tab by default (when Enter pressed) - so this will map Enter pressing to the default target window behaviour

- add a button : "Teleport in new tab" next to the current "TELEPORT" button

So, this way I will be able to choose everytime via the buttons what I want and then I will have the Enter-key kb shorcut for the default button....

Would you welcome a patch?
