The files miss the CVS ID tag; the only file that has it, it doesn't probably use the correct tag (it should be $Id$, not $Id $).
The file simplenews_scheduler.info contains version = "6.x-1.0-alpha1"; that should be removed, as it is added by the packaging script.

I added the ID tag to the files and removed version information from the info file, I hope they're correct now.
