I need to change the way Drupal outputs the list of Taxonomy tags in a node. I want to surround it with a javascript tooltip script so that when the user clicks a link, it opens all of the taxonomy terms in a javascript popup window.

I already know how to do this, so my only question is: Where exactly can I change where the taxonomy tags are outputted? I don't want theme_links, because that also handles the other node links like pageviews, comments, that sort of thing, I just want to edit the Taxonomy output list.

I use theme_links but I sort it out with a bit of php

hey antonio...do you have an example of your implementation? I'm looking at doing something similar to the original poster.
