Hi
Please view http://www.drupalecommerce.org/ec_solutions for a comparison chart which gives the strong impression that Ubercart has ... no working features at all ;)
There are a couple of UC forum threads at http://www.ubercart.org/forum/general_discussion/2716/drupal_ecommerce_v... and http://www.ubercart.org/forum/general_discussion/12799/ubercart_vs_ecomm... but neither is completely up to date.
I wish the EC team the very best with their development and look forward to using the EC module in an upcoming project of my own. However, I feel that it's appropriate to only publish verifiable and accurate information about other projects; a misleading chart may be giving people false understandings.
I request that the E-Commerce team take the following actions:
1. Do not display inaccurate information from the comparison chart. Remove the UC column or unpublish the page until the information in the chart is updated.
2. Initiate an open dialogue with the Ubercart team about the features listed on the chart (ie, go post on the UC forums a series of questions like "Does Ubercart support _________? By this I mean ____ ____ ____ ____." so that the UC and EC teams can collaboratively produce an accurate comparison chart using voices from both sides.
I do see that the chart says "N/A" for most UC entries, but colouring the squares red and stating N/A and not providing a disclaimer that says "well, actually I just don't know whether UC does these things" fails to convey the real message behind the chart.
Cheers!

We've got a Google Docs together and are currently in the process of correcting the table in your comparison chart.
The doc is at http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=t1q-M2-h3qSeA2LkS2jn3fA - feel free to contribute to it.
Will follow this issue up once a good number of people have had a chance to sort through the table completely.

I've added a new column "Übercart 2" and updated some information. It's still not complete, however. There are some features in Übercart that are missing in E-commerce.
