the directory is empty and the email has no link, but when I deleted the pagebreak after the file upload item before the submit, it went well as expected.

This is indeed a problem in the 2.x version of the module, but it's a documented problem and you're warned not to use page breaks and file components together. The entire file component has been reworked in the 3.x version though, so if you'd like to use page breaks and file uploads together, upgrade to the latest 3.x version.
