I'm contributing a README.txt file. Feel free to modify the file to match your needs.

Could you add the below attached README.txt file to the Drupal 6 dev tarball?

Thanks - this is in CVS HEAD and on the Drupal 6 branch.
Will make a new release tar ball shortly
