The /admin/settings/rpx link is inaccessible unless the user has an "administer settings" permission. This permission did not exist by default on my site and the module did not create it, so I was unable to configure this module without being logged in as User 1 (who bypassed this access restriction). Am I screwy or is it the module?

Patched and committed (I changed "administer settings" to "administer site configuration"). Thanks for finding this. I guess all the users so far have used USER #1 to configure RPX.
