Hi
I need to remove on different projects some options like the menu, author, revision, etc.
So I added in the code, the option of enabling/disabling from the jammer's settings page.

Hope this can help more than one.

There are trailing spaces in most of the new lines and indents should be 2 spaces per increment, not tabs, otherwise it looks ok.
