The above error is thrown every time a page is called. It has no panels on it.

Any ideas?

Do you have the panels_node module enabled? Was it once enabled and no longer is? This looks like the kind of thing you get when the menu has old information from modules that no longer exist, and is usually fixed by submitting the modules page.
