Would the Darwin Streaming Server software be the correct software to use on the second server?

Well, I guess this is an unsupported module.

Because the video chat is flash based, the streaming server must be a supported rtmp flash streaming server as explained on http://www.videowhisper.com/?p=Requirements .

The streaming server can be installed on the same physical server - you don't need 2 physical servers to run this.

Currently this module only supports Red5 and FMIS but Wowza will be supported soon as support for that is already available server side - the module just needs an option to use AMF3 instead of AMF0.
