Edit, Export, Clone links

I'm not sure what the technical term is for these links (Edit, Export, Clone) but they appear when your mouse is near the top of the content area. The problem is they are appearing over the first line of the content, so if there's a link on the top of the content area (like on my page index), then you can't click the link that it is covering, plus it's hard to read what it is covering. How can I move the Edit links up a few pixels?

I have exactly the same problem.
Anybody knows the solution?

Just found the solution:
Go to ADMIN -> VIEWS -> TOOLS
Then select "Do not show hover links over views"
Done!
