Description
With the image module installed and CC permitted on the Image content type, when creating a new Image, the node is created but no image is uploaded and a drupal error message is displayed "The selected file /Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/htdocs/lx could not be copied."
Removing the Image content type as permitted allows the successful creation of Image nodes
Additionally the CC badge is not added to any nodes

I don't know about the Image module, but as for the CC badge on nodes, I think that's fixed in CVS. If you can try the 6.x-1.x-dev nightly, please let us know.

I've updated the image module and your own (using the 6th September Dev) and I can create image nodes fine, but I still cant get and Creative Commons badges on any node types - hmm stumped

Doh, just realised it's added as a block, enabled it and sure enough it's displaying
