Login/registration links. Wider integration is required

Hello again.

I think I have found a bug. All my comments below can be applied taking into account that in my case PHPBB3 DB is master (I use PHPBB3 for registration).

As I understand, module implementation implies that phpbbforum hidden authentication block is always on. This block replaces default Drupal links behavior in the login block, doesn't it?
The problem is that Drupal displays login/registration links in comments as well and these are not processed by phpbbforum integration module. If guest comes to the site he may (or may not) click on the registration link while reading the comment (to post a reply) and he will be brought directly to the Drupal's default registration form which is not good in my case. Is there a way to wider integrate into Drupal's core and completely replace all links to login/registration forms? Take a look at attached file which shows those links.

Also, I have a feature request (if possible). Is there a way to automatically remove registration link from login form (or comments forms) if registration is temporarily disabled on PHPBB3?
