Testing at http://d-theme.com/pockett using the D6 version. The .info file uses the default regions. I placed example blocks into all the regions. The header block is not visible. The footer block title is readable but the text is black on black.

I just realized that I had my notification settings not enabled on this theme.

FYI, this theme will be getting an update here pretty soon.

Wow, looks like I need to get this up to snuff for what D7 has become. It's been a while since I put this up, and much has changed in Drupal. I will review this tomorrow and see what's going on.

Just to verify, you did install this on a Drupal 7 install?
