Not sure where else to post this, since I'm not posting about developing a module, but...
I want to put up a simple block/page on my website that lists the highest rated content of all time on the frontpage of my site. I tried Fivestar, DrupalIt, and other things, but they either didn't have what I was looking for or the blocks they had were broken. I am guessing people are using Views or something to manage this, but does anyone know if there is a guide or something somewhere to help me figure this out?
