Yeah. I think the mindset here is to make everything work and add all the necessary features, and then document it (things are changing all the time at the moment).

I noticed the documentation mentions :

projects[tao][location] = "http://code.developmentseed.com/fserver"

I think it should be :

projects[tao][location] = "http://code.developmentseed.org/fserver"
