I have a user complaining that she isn't able to log in.
In my watchdog I can see the login attempts and it says that the user logged in sucessfully, but when she tries to do anything on my site it tells her to log in.
I am puzzled about this, as everything works for me. She told me she tried Firefox and IE.
I am wondering if this could be a firewall / cookie / Browser Configuration ... issue.

What could I be looking for?

Could this be related to the cache?

Noone has a suggestion?

I had this problem. Turns out when I created a template.php file, I put 2 extra blank lines at the end of the file. This breaks cookies I guess. Are you getting a headers already sent error?

I emptied the cache. Seemed to have solved the problem.
