We need an option to break the Taxonomy apart, similar to WordPress.

Currently categories and tags are lumped into one vocabulary, they should have a separated option to display as such:

Category : Game
Tags: Nintendo, Game, Review, Blah

This has been discussed to death already. Taxonomy is much more powerful than simple categories. For the same reason, labels and titles have been renamed back into "Taxonomy" in D7.
