I was very happy for the publ. of RC1. I installed it and...some little problems. For example primary links. In 4.6., we configurate primary link in Admin->Theme->.... How can we work with primary links in 4.7 RC1? I tried but I can't find. There is not a place to enter links.

Via administer » menus (url: admin/menu) you can create menu's that can be made primary or secondary links via administer » settings » menus (url: admin/settings/menu). Primary links is present by default at admin/menu.
