This patch cleans up the code, bringing it up to Drupal coding standards. The settings form is also altered slightly.

Thanks arcaneadam! The code is now much easier to work with, but there are still quite a few tiny issues with spaces and such. I'll post a new patch to bring the code in alignment with Drupal coding standards.
