I think I have done a right configuration to use the generated thumbnail as the intro image. But it doesn't work. Is it a bug?

Are your thumbnails and videos in separate folders? Flashvideo can't cope at the moment if they are.

PLEASE could you add a +1 to the other thread, the maintainers of this module need to take notice of this issue when using CCK. The more people adding a 'this affects me too' the better...
