It appears that the data gets lost on preview.

1. Create a nodetype
2. Add a geospatial field with WKT input
3. add the wkt
4. preview

Expected results:
Data is saved/shown

Actual results:
Data is lost

If you click save immediately it works fine, but a preview on a new node or editing a node loses the data.

Anyone having an idea on how to fix this? Any plans for a new commit (last one happened on Aug. 7)?

Allie, did you find time to look into this? Since the preview is obligate on our site, this problem destroys the map every time the node is updated.
