Merge "my posts" and "my topics" and improve resulting view

We currently have a "my posts" view that shows all posts, whether they are starting a topic or replying to one. It's pretty sparse on information. We also have a "my topics" view that's broken and not integrated into the link list that I think can just go away. Instead, the "my posts" view should show:

Node type: So you can tell if this is a topic starter or a reply
Title
Post date
Forum
Topic information: Topic the post is in, whether there's new replies on the topic, datetime topic last updated

This will allow folks to see at a glance all topics that they have been involved in, wether they started them or not, and whether there's anything new.
