Better documentation for role assignment

The default settings keep all roles off the add multiple users and assign user roles forms. This is probably good for security and to keep the UI clean, but it probably makes it hard for new users to figure out how to use these features.

Perhaps after installation we should provide a link to the userplus settings and/or show a message on those forms when there are no roles configured to appear.
