Issue Summary
Hi there,
seems to be a great module, but:
I installed it, made the settigs - now what?
There was no page created in /admin/build/pages, and neither mysite.com/pagerank nor mysite.com/google-pagerank gives any page.
I would be happy if you could tell me (and add it to the documentation): Where do I find the pagerank page? :-))
