GREAT module, absolutely love it. However, as not all pages are relevant to content optimization, I would appreciate it if there would be an option in settings to choose content types that are analysed.

You already have this ability.

Navigate to: admin/content/node-type/[my-content-type]

You'll see a fieldset labeled "Content Analysis Settings"

It contains a checkbox enabling the fieldset on the node/edit form. It is checked by default.
