in the D5 version there was a tab called additional links and you could add pages that didn't get automatically indexed (e.g. contact, views, etc.).

it said "Set up additional links for your site map."

there doesn't seem to currently be a way to add these? am i missing something?

The functionality was removed in the port to Drupal 6 (the 6.x-1.x branch). It was re-added as the xmlsitemap_custom sub-module in the 6.x-2.x branch.
