Issue Summary
Inside the page admin/content/node-type/my_node_type I always get the Comment view setting as an empty select.
I have more than one view enabled and ready to be used here, but simply I cannot select.

It shows empty for me too for this version only. node-type settings from the previous version still carry over and is showing up correctly, except now I cannot add newly-created node-types, because there are no views-list to attach them to.
I guess the solution would be to revert back to the previous version, add new content-type, and then upgrade to current version again?--I haven't tried yet.

Please try newest beta/dev. I do not see this problem.

This happened to me as well. It happens if your nodecomments view has been overridden and no longer has a display named 'nodecomment_comments_1' (picky). If you revert the nodecomments view you're back in business.
