On localize.drupal.org, in My account > Edit > Locale settings, the time zone selected (Saturday, September 5, 2009 - 01:44 +0000) is bad, and is in gray, so it's not customizable. The information under the field says:

Select your current local time. Dates and times throughout this site will be displayed using this time zone. You can change this setting at the master site.

However, in my master site account, I have the good time zone (Friday, September 4, 2009 - 21:51 -0400), so there's an incoherence between localize.drupal.org and the master site.

It happens to me too; the timezone I set on Drupal.org is GMT+2, but Localize.drupal.org shows it is set to GMT.

can the people with that problem do the following

1) set the timezone on drupal to something else

2) set it back to the desired value

Please save both times.

I did as suggested, but when I went to Localize.drupal.org, the time zone was still set to the wrong one.
I tried it twice. On the first time, I simply changed the time zone to GMT-4, and checked l.d.o (which was still set to GMT+0); on the second time, I set it to GMT+2, then GMT-4, and GMT+2 (still l.d.o was showing GMT+0).

As suggested, I saved the changes before to change the time zone to a different value.

It works; I changed the time zone on Drupal.org, and I saw a message telling me that the account information was changed in the other sub-domains as well.
I also verified that l.d.o reported the correct time zone.
