When I try to add the Ask a Question block to a mini panel region I get this error:
An error occurred while attempting to process /panels/ajax/add-pane-config/2/right_above/block/faq_ask-1/form

I don't have a problem adding anything else to the panels.

I am using Panels 6.x-3.0-rc1

I don't use Panels/cTools and have no clue how to fix this. I did just commit a fix to the format of the block; perhaps that helps.
