Keyword Field settings not showing up

I created a faceted search and wanted to enable search by field. In the environment settings under Keyword -> Fields, no fields show up. I'm not sure what's up but this was working fine and I have a search environment set up that uses fields, and it still works fine to search, however, even in that environment, when I go to edit it no fields show up in the list so I can't add or remove any. I haven't made any changes that would effect Faceted search or field search. In fact the only major change I made is change the theme, but changing the theme back to default doesn't fix things. I'm not sure where to begin trouble shooting (I tried enabling/disabling the field-search-related modules with no luck) so any insight would be helpful.
