The js for the topics selecting should make it so you don't have to ctrl click

This is pretty urgent cause people don't know how to click.

The term sometimes does not get added to the UI after clicking on it. I thought this issue was fixed, but it is still rearing its head.

Another related bug found when you are adding a comms node and you associate it with multiple tags, only one associated group gets added, but both terms get added.
