update taxonomy_dhtml for 4.7

Attached is a patch that updates I believe everything in taxonomy_dhtml to 4.7. I was not entirely sure I used addLoadEvent correctly, or if I could have done different. Though, I have tested and have it working on 4.7.

This patch does not addess any of the reported bugs, which I may look at in the beginning of the week.
