In Seven theme reset.css causes list items not to have any formatting. Therefore some pages read poorly to the end user.

/admin/help/block
The text below "When working with blocks, remember that:" should be an unordered list display.

quicksketchThe same issue was reported in #563390: Seven theme lacks formatting on common html elements such as lists, paragraphs & <code>, lets consolidate there.
