CVS edit link for shenzhuxi

Notifications Location module seems to be dead after one release. I emailed the author to contribute my codes and didn't get replay. If it has become an orphan project now, I'd like to maintenance it.

I didn't notice that you were willing to become co-maintainer of an already existing project.

In this case, you should open a support request in the project queue, offering to become a co-maintainer. If the current maintainer accepts your offer, then you apply for a CVS account; if the current maintainer doesn't reply after two weeks, then you move the support request in the Drupal.org webmaster queue.
