Change the author of comments

Is it possible to make this module change the user of comments?
It works fine with nodes but I noticed that it doesn't deal with comments at all.
When having a forum system everything is in comments except for the first post (which is a node).
In these situations it would be very helpfull to be able to change the author of comments
