The “Add new content” page is maybe the first page, which will be clicked by many people immediately after the installation. In respect of this, it should contain some more hints, e.g., "How to add new content type".

Is it really appropriate to add additional help text here? When this page contains many content types, adding additional help text just clutters the display.

This issue was created for 7.x, is this relevant for 8.x?
