Hi,

I spoke with Gabor during the DrupalCon Paris regarding listing a project for Armenian language translation on drupal.org in order to submit any issues related to translation. As it turned out it is a general issue for some other languages. I am submitting this issue in order to have a solution on this for Armenian language, as well as in general for some other languages.

The drupal.org project space will not be used for translations at all. See #980658: META ISSUE: get d.o language projects all on localize.drupal.org and http://localize.drupal.org/node/2304, so this is not going to be an issue. The main navigation already leads people to localize.drupal.org so not having drupal.org project should not be an issue.
